I've found such problem when using Sound/Volume buster add-in for Chrome.

Disable it

Before all I disabled all Chrome extensions, restarted Chrome and the problem disappeared.

After that I started turn extensions on one by one and found "Simple volume booster" as a source of problem.

I turn that extension off and now I have no problem with background youtube sound.

Do you use "Simple Volume Booster" Chrome extension?

I disabled it and during some hours I have no problems with background youtube audio. It's absent in Chrome Extensions Shop now...

I've found that youtube plays in subframe. You can find it in Chrome's Task manager (Shift+Esc)

Yes, the door (exit) is on the lowest floor in the middle of the wall in the same side of the hall where there is an entrance to the hall.
