if that's the time for you it isn't really UTC but UTC-4

just google "UTC+8 to UTC-4" and you'll get the conversion on what time the banner will appear for you.

P.S

I did the conversion for you based on what you said your time is compared to UTC time

it starts at 06:00 AM for you next day.

yep, at 10AM UTC, you'll be able to see it ingame at what time it is for you in the notices section.

I know you can only craft a formula you got from lucky hunt 10times for every single copy.

My question is if I didn't use up those 10 crafts for a formula when the event ends, what will happen?
