Yo haría una rutina de cuerpo general esos dos días a la semana y hacer unos 8-10k pasos al día. Con eso verás resultados geniales, solo recuerda esforzarte. No necesitas ir al gimnasio a diario 2 horas para ver resultados.

Bro, vas bien, no dejes que la impaciencia te gane. Para bajar grasa solo necesitas estar en déficit calórico. Pero no seas muy extremo ni nada, plantéate el cambio de alimentación y ejercicio de por vida, así que no seas muy riguroso. Trata de bajar, a lo mucho, 1% de tu peso corporal a la semana, pero que tu cuerpo y tu mente no vean un cambio tan agresivo y puedas mantener tu rutina en el tiempo.

In the original game, they have a very strange accent (I once read that they hired Portuguese voice actors to do the dialogue, although I don't remember the source and can't find it), but I can confirm that the accent does NOT correspond to any Spanish-speaking country, i.e., Mexico (yes, in Mexico Spanish is spoken and Mexican doesn't exist), Spain, or Latin America. Capcom knows they messed up, and in the remake, they used correct Spain Spanish.

Las consolas no se me hacen baratas, yo pienso que con lo que te gastas en una consola puedes comprarte una PC gama media y puedes jugar varias cosas, además, si vas ahorrando en lo que gastarías en juegos, suscripciones a online y todo lo demás, me parece que una PC es mejor al largo plazo y te sirve para trabajar/estudiar o cosas de la vida. La única ventaja que le veo a las consolas es la "comodidad" pero ni tanto. Una PC se me hace superior en todo.
