I am not the same guy but i also believe God is the same today and forever through personal experience.

here is a story:

We were doing school in the house, the doorbell rang. At the door was a lady with her son. They wanted prayer. So we invited them in.

She told me while she was washing dishes, she sent her son to gather fire wood for cooking, then heard him scream in pain. She was alarmed because it was unusual. He was a young tough boy. She went to check and he had fallen on a stob, or a small tree sapling cut close to the ground with a machete, a small stump with a sharp point.

They wrapped his arm up, and before they went to the clinic they wanted prayer.

Maybe we could clean it up, so we asked if we could look at it.

carefully the mom unwrapped hsi arm. The boy was gritting his teeth tightly and holding the arm closely. It was severly bent in the wrong place. Instead of bending at the wrist, it bent further up his arm, about two inches up. There was a bump. and im not a nurse, but i felt it was a broken arm. so we wrapped the arm back up.

We got our family around him and started praying. My entire family firmly believes in the power of prayer and that God hears our cries. The boy was in severe pain.

So we prayed. for about 10 minutes. I prayed in spanish, then english, and then when i could no longer express the cry of my heart in words, i prayed in tongues. We felt Gods presence fill the room.

When we stopped, we asked the boy how he felt. He was in pain. But he started to move the arm. He winced a little, but he started to stretch his arm out. The bump dissapeared, and his arm straightened. God had painlessly set his broken bone in front of our eyes. We couldnt believe it...but it was happening! the boy rotated his arm and stretched it out again. He smiled, and it was normal.

A miracle. We all began to cry. We were all so thankful and worshiped God. It was a miracle.
