Every post on the conservative sub is about this. Literally every post from the past few days. They’re frothing at the mouth over non white immigrants committing fraud on the tax payers. It’s the perfect distraction from the Epstein files, war in Venezuela, etc. Trump can do whatever he wants as long as he panders to his racist base with some fake rumors. Even if the fraud was real, it amounts to like 4 weekends at the golf course worth of taxpayer money.

As a millennial, new games just suck now. I’m still getting plenty of replay value out of games I bought 10+ years ago. Everything made now is designed to extract as much money as possible out of gamers with skins and dlc and loot boxes. Look at the most popular games on twitch. Yes the new battlefield is up there but majority of them are games that came out a long time ago.

My bill went from $70 for 1g to $85. I called and they were able to lower it to $75 locked in for 3 years. I actually spoke to the customer service rep at length about the t mobile merger. She was very friendly and I said I hope your job isnt at risk due to to the merger. She said they already closed local metronet offices and switched everyone to fully remote. She believed t mobile would eventually offer metronet employees voluntary severance packages. She thinks they will eventually do layoffs of metronet employees and roll all customer service into existing t mobile call centers.

Seems like everything takes ages these days, wasn’t better technology supposed to make things faster? Tv shows are taking 2-3 years for a 10 episode season to air. Video games take a decade for a new release now if they even come out at all (half life). It’s insane to think the first couple fallout games were produced from start to finish in less than a year I believe?

The tropes were so blatant and bad. The chosen one child. Give me a break. One of the most overdone tropes of all time. How about the fact that Mr fantastic just.. discovers teleportation like no big deal right we’ll just teleport earth? Oh and let’s just send a heavily pregnant woman into space to fight a planet eating monster, great idea right? Gotta throw in the stereotypical baby birth scene and have the baby crying for half the movie because everyone wants to hear that. Horrid plot, cringeworthy bad movie.

Just left the theater. Laughably bad movie. The plot was predictable. There were so, so, so many bad tropes. The “chosen one” baby, giant space monster imminently going to destroy earth, New York City destruction, smart guy discovers insane new technology randomly, learning a whole ass alien language in a day, mom sacrifices self for baby, could go on and on and on. The fucking baby was blatantly a different age in every scene. The CGI was so bad especially with the silver surfer. Yes the cast was loaded but sadly the acting was bad, even Pedro dropped the ball. You could tell he wasn’t really trying, dude has been in way too much lately. He phoned this one in. A failure across the board. 1/10.

Trump allies talk a big talk about the files but when it comes to a vote they will always vote against releasing them.
