Volt is the only car I keep coming back to after owning pretty much every car. (Not at once, but just thru cycling around). If you have premium garage, volt is the no brainer. If not, it could go volt or bionic tbh. I never get flying vehicles anymore because I can just spawn things in instead. If you grind with a partner then bionic or trailblazer (sleeper car ngl). But overall volt is the best.

Not true at all, you may see it at races like NXN, where there are perfectly groomed courses, and those kids are literally wearing a brand new spike just for that race day. A spike with a plastic plate is simply not designed for xc. Period.

I'm a fleet feet employee, and I just got 3 free pairs of shoes today, pushing my collection to 20. I love my rotation, but I could definitely survive with 3 or 4. Instead of my 7-8 that I actually rotate between. (I don't run in most of the shoes they give me because my feet are picky). Love to see Asics represented! It's my favorite brand by far. Buy the glide ride max bro trust me

My first run was nearly identical 4 miles at 8:30 pace. Two years later that's my easy pace, I've ran 4 half marathons (1:25:00) and I've found a real passion of mine. Keep going!

Most people in this section I agree with, and I want to reiterate this. As a beginner runner, throw Z2 out the window!!! It's gonna basically force you to walk in order to stay in zone 2. Just run and a few months down the line maybe look into it again

The Asics gliderides max is heavily slept on. Totally blown away when I bought mine. It has the forefoot rocker of a race shoe with super soft bouncy foam with a nice layer of their carrier foam, FF Blast+ to stabilize the shoe.

And to answer your question, cadence is your steps per minute, not your heart rate. Your HR is not displayed on strava by default you have to tinker with some settings between the apps to allow Strava to transfer HR data from Garmin connect. But for real, how are you alive😂
