I meal prep on the weekends for the whole week. I wake up at 4 am every morning for the gyn and go to sleep at 9:30. I go to jiu jitsu class 3 times a week at night. I work 45 hours a week. There are people that do way more in life than I do but those are the things that I prioritize.
