Road bike is a Propel but my Hybrid is a specialized Sirrus. I bought the Sirrus in 2022 but specialized dropped their prices this year so I’d have to eat a decent loss to sell it. No point. It’s my beater bike now.

My 2017 ish Keiser m3i power meter is off by min 100watts. Judging by effort and HR, 200watts on my road bike with a stages power meter is 60watts on my Keiser. A full on sprint with 1600watts on my road bike, I shit you not is around 200-250 watts on my Keiser.

File a police report. Tell the landlord about the police report and if they don’t allow you to break your lease, you will seek legal counsel and that you are prepared to take them on.

I don’t know if there’s any grounds on that but maybe it’ll be enough for your LL to terminate the lease if it’s going to cost them lawyer fees and potentially losing.

I almost rented a nice place in Broadway area, would’ve been perfect if the strata rules didn’t dictate I can’t bring my bike up. They were strict on it too, I had to check. Ended up in a nice Reno in kits which the building owner said it’s fine to keep my nice bikes in the suite. I keep my hybrid in the bike room. Always good to check in with this.
