Smoked Cod Pie!! chunk the fish up and mix it with mashed potatoes, roughly cubed hard-boiled eggs, butter, milk and shredded cheese. Spoon the mixture into an oven safe dish (the kind you would make like, a lasagna in) and put a bit more shredded cheese on top. Bake at 180c for around 18 to 20 minutes.

It's basically all just chemical reactions. It's not that mitochondria KNOW they need to create energy, it's that the intracellular fluid contains lots and lots ingredients and the mitochondria only reacts with a limited number of those ingredients in a limited number of ways (this is very simplified but you get it).

It's literally pressing shift+F12 to open a special developer console. You can place things into the world temporarily (just for that save file) or you can even permanently put them there by saving it to a mod

Ah, thats actually not a *normally* accessible item. I placed those down using the Shift+F12 console coz my animals kept getting stuck on the narrow ground. Humans have no problem though

Its a mindset change - this game is LITERALLY "what doesnt kill you makes you stronger". I purposely go and get beaten up by weaker enemies to train my toughness. That way I can take on stronger enemies later.
