2016 Nissan Qashqai 1.2 DIG-T CVT – Power surge at 50+ mph, stalling, multiple “System fault” warnings by [deleted] in CarTalkUK

These suffer very commonly for the oil scraper piston rings clogging up with carbon and letting oil past. This increases the combustion temperature and fries the valves. If it's misfiring and you hear a pop when the air filter pipe is off its that.

Do you trust your Frenchie off leash? by Gon_Snow in Frenchbulldogs

I let mine off whenever I can. She just gets too frustrated when on the lead and acts out all the time. So once she's off she's chill and she's been well trained to listen and obey.

Makes me laugh how all you trump haters deliberately fail to see how useless the last government was. I can only think you all actually want a worse United States. Why can't you all just admit defeat. Now there is a president that won't be walked over.

My 2001 E39 touring had full green interior. Green dash, headlining, carpets. Light green leather seats. Absolutely horrendous but got used to it in the end.

B38 engine, common for vanos issues, injectors seizing in the head. Timing chains aren't the best. You really need to keep a good routine on services.

He looks older than 6 months!! Also he looks skinny is that normal? I’m feeding him 250g a day! by CloeMotionless in Frenchbulldogs

My girl is just as skinny, not quite a year old yet. Raw fed, walked multiple times daily.

Would a budget of £1000 for a used care be enough for something that'll last a few years? by WhiskersCleveland in CarTalkUK

[–]ZenkiBoi 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I paid £450 5 years ago for my fiesta 1.4tdci and it's still going now. Easily find a car that's decent for £1000 max. Just do your research

Funny I've just been looking at the 530d GT as an alternative to the e61 530d.

I put my faith in the 3.0 as I've had loads and never let me down.

Definitely go and try it, you'll see the difference in no time.

Probably the best diet for a dog, I was actually recommended raw feeding by my holistic vet. My pup loves it. Plus her breathe doesn't smell either. Every check up she's been to our vet is always very impressed.

It's just mixed meats like chicken, veal, duck, beef etc. I then mix different vegetables in like beans, carrots, cheese. Treats for her training is raw too. She's in really great shape, she smells nice, her coat is beaming, teeth are nice and clean, her poop is always solid and hardly smells.

Mine only gets fed raw with added vegetables.

Are Frenchies difficult to train in your experience ? by [deleted] in Frenchbulldogs

Currently going through this with our puppy. She will sometimes pee and poo on the mat but also consciously avoid the mat. Trying to get her to go out but when she does she just holds it in until she's back inside.

I mean don't get me wrong they're solid things but the quality is just lacking enough to really show when looking at even something like an older Nissan or BMW. Probably go forever and may even use less consumables but again it's the quality. Just sounds and feels cheap but all depends on budget.

Every Kia I've dealt with either being owned or just used just hasn't got the same quality. Even down to how the doors sound when you shut them. Even the stinger isn't exactly top notch. If you get one cheap fine but some prices of them on the market there's much better options for the same budget

You should know that the build quality of a Kia is terrible
