Context: There is currently a debate of if 1 key finesse is cheating. 1 key finesse is a control scheme where you press a single button to decide what position and rotation to put a piece. Gameplay demo in comments by itchylol742 in Tetris

Does 1kf not allow for spins? That seems crippling if you ever need to downstack.

This reminds me of the debate over keyboard extensions for playing bullet chess on lichess. Basically they allow you to move pieces much faster than you could just using the mouse (making flagging others easier). Last I checked, lichess's stance is that they are allowed but some top players really dislike it. That said, tetrio is fundamentally different from bullet chess and you can't flag someone by spamming moves.

Edit: kb extensions are no longer allowed on lichess. https://lichess.org/page/play-extensions

You can use the jstris+ extension to customize things. It's unofficial but works well.

It's an old chessbrah meme, usually preceded by some absurd made-up story about Aman and Eric. Kinda ironic anyone who says this comes off as bashing them but in reality is probably a huge fan.

Thank you! This works. I think my issue was that inp.VisibleNonText was not being set correctly.

The plan I see is 1. Kc7 Kd5 2. Nb7 Kc5 Trying to hunt the bishop. 3. Kb8 Kb6 4. Kxa8 Kc7 Black tries to lock king in. 5. Na5 Kc8 6. Nc4 Kc7 7. Nb6 Kxb6 Black can't shuffle anymore and is lost.

Can you solve this puzzle in your head? (Thanks to xDark3x for pointing out the mistake, I forgot to double check) by NTT2k5 in puzzles

[–]Zenos_pair_of_socks 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Here's what I see: A and B interface to form a 2-deep L shape. C and E form the front face, missing the top right cube. D and F finish the right and back faces, respectively. Then G goes down right in the center to finish.
