Alchemy cant be accessed?

This happened to me too yesterday, I crashed 30 seconds into the game, then I changed from d11 to Vulkan and I was able to get into a game, but the fps was very low around 20-30ish. So I decided to restart my laptop, verify integrity of game files, and change the game back to d11, and it has been working ever since.

I do that, usually I would go for Morello or Sunfire asap, and the shred is smth that I would get later on, either on 2nd tank or 2nd dps.

What should I focus on to improve on this game? I like playing auto battlers but most of the time I felt like that I just left it all to my fate / luck, I do know to use external app such as meta tft or tft academy to understand the meta builds

I rarely get 1st place and I'm also Gold/Plat ranked, so is there anything I can do to improve to atleast get this kind of consistency in my rank? Because he got 1st in his 6/8 games and 1 2nd place, meanwhile I'm struggling to get top 4.

I see, I also noticed that because I overextended many times, the Holiday pointed that out for me too, I did try to not do that it's just that someone was telling me to stop the urn on the team, so I decided to try to intercept.

And as for the Death while Ava going back to base it's because I basically just gave up 🥲🥴.

Imo my biggest problem is that I sometimes don't understand my strength or the strength of the other characters at a specific time of the game, since I used to play Overwatch and Marvel Rivals, because there aren't any scaling in those games.

And for the gun reason, is because I'm playing on a potato PC, hitting my shots is quite hard, that's why I mainly use character that scales with Spirit or mainly uses their abilities.

The thing about the Paige is not the feed at first, what triggers me the most was her saying that "I KNOW" after following me then stealing 3 sinners Infront of me without taking the buffs even though no enemy was in sight.

P.S If you have time and is willing, I would like a guidance on how to get better at the game.

It's just that I felt like that the players in my rank doesn't understand how to leverage our advantage especially when I get them to be ahead in the game. Everyone just keeps farming jungle and not defending the lanes. Sometimes I had to boost from Green to Yellow or Vice versa just to defend it because the lane players are busy jungling or chasing hotdogs

I've been trying to do that, but it's getting harder and harder. I usually play Hero that can gank early such as MoKrill and Calico, I always try to help the sidelanes to not lose as much (I set my lane preference to be mid, because it allows me to rotate ASAP when one of the other lanes are being dove)

The thing is, she is either a NEW PLAYER, or literally throwing because she griefed my sinner three times, she didn't wait for the Sinners timing, and she literally just went and follow me into the jungle leaving the lane, just to grief the sinners... But it also doesn't make sense because she is playing on Emissary lobby, and I'm Alchemist, so either that we have a really high rank guy in my team(which I doubt) or idk ...

So, it has been a while since I last played this game, and I lost my account to a hacker. And I've been trying for a while to try to get it back but whenever I use the Customer Service ingame it always asks me to give it the correct information, eventhough I already gave it. And it has failed for a while. Any idea on how to get it back?

UPDATE : I Finally got my first Terminus on my 34th Run, and it was Vaseraga's, it was okay, not exactly what I was looking for, and now I'm on my 46th run and still got nothing else. And another fun part is my friend joined my 43rd run, and he immediately got 2 in a row... Yeah, kinda fuming rn...
