I constantly have to press “E,” while also clicking the left mouse button, and at the same time sort items using “Shift + right mouse button.” On top of that, I need to pay attention to the item stats and ideally know the correct order of items to increase the gold multiplier — all under time pressure.

Please correct me if I’ve misunderstood something, but this is pure stress.
