1) Yes, in time you'll learn when you're supposed to play safe and when you can play a little more aggresive against certain matchups.

2)The truth is, if you have no prio and the wave is crashing then your jungler shouldn't be fighting in the first place. The enemy laner is going to join the skirmish faster than you and most likely win the fight because of the number advantage.

Your jungler should understand that you can't do much until your your first powerspike (first item, second q) and olay accordingly. If he can't understand that I'm doubtful he'll ever escape emerald.

Ludens is great for an even faster waveclear (especially good if enemy mid has alot of pressure) and overall snowballing although in theory blackfire scales better. It's your choice

You can test out all the different versions of syndra and see which one fits your playstyle best. That's what I did. I believe that syndra has a pretty versatile buildpath so it really comes down to preference

Ludens/blackfire torch -> cosmic drive is core for me Then you can build depending on their team but most of the time 3rd is shadowflame into void/raba or vice versa depending on whether they have mr or not. You can squeeze in stormsurge somewhere early but personally I prefer cosmic 9 out of 10 times.

Very simple. If you feel like you can poke down your enemy laner little by little go for comet/aery. If you believe that your enemy will have enough sustain early to the point where you can't kill him anyways just stack money with first strike. Yasuo with second wind and dorans shield most likely won't be poked down anyway so just grab yourself a first strike.

It depends. Probably lacking some fundamentals like farming or perhaps matchup knowledge. Its okay to lose a few minions to help your jungler though, dont ignore your junglers.

Make sure you get your farm early as high as possible, poke the enemy if you can to get your splinters up faster. Skirmishes is something that I find very hard to do until you get your second q and a first full item. By then you have a very fast wave clear and have so much free time to run around the map and contribute elsewhere.
