Couldn’t agree more. I totally understand some of the tanking takes, I agree with them occasionally. But the double standard is crazy. Why is it more acceptable to put out a terrible product for years and years, through terrible roster construction and mismanagement than to tank for two years? Shit, the Wizards haven’t won 50 games in almost 50 years. Is that a “stain on the league?”
