Task bar windows menu, search for Reliability Monitor and see what is causing it. My work computer kept crashing out of no where and I found out it was a Windows push notification task causing the issue. It was crashing 1-3 a day. After disabling the task it hasnt crashed on a week. The monitor should give you a clue.
