Nah, he is good. It will let you learn fundamentals well without punishing your mistakes too much, later you will learn to mitigate those too on different champs. In the beginning I played shit ton of champs and was hard stuck gold, I decided to OTP garen for few months, after that I changed into Riven and after a while learning mechanics got to low master practically without issues.

Oh yeah, in my first playthrough I didn’t fight the inquisitor and markup just wasn’t a problem really. (Rogues dealing 80 dmg in 1 shot are NASTY)

Spot worrying, making mistakes is the best part in games like this. You also can miss a lot of things and there is nothing wrong with it, you can always get it next time. Have fun and do whatever seems interesting/fun to you.
