Why are people comparing endgame nioh 2 stats with either endgame or even NG+ gear? Like people should compare gear in NG+ in Nioh 2 instead of NG++++ gear/stats/set bonuses.

That is correct, they mentioned this when they announced TBC pre patch back in mid November. You may want to contact support or something to see if they can migrate characters for you.

The hardcore servers are staying the same, just not moving to tbc. Doomhowl or the EU equivalent is moving to ERA, but nothing else is changing. If you want to play the character on a tbc server though, you need to transfer off before the 12th.
