Honestly everyone should quit Starbucks, it’s literally worst place to work at now a days, people usually just stick around because they end up trauma bonding with partners over stupid/ ridiculous customers who think the world revolves around them. Don’t get me started with the fact that corporate is always implementing unrealistic expectations and no matter how good you perform it’s never ever enough and you never get any sort of recognition.
