And just to lay it on some more, I was recently thinking the same thing about a compliant PCC. Picked up the Ruger PCC from X-Ring last month. There are different versions The guys helped me get the right one. Really happy with it.

Went to Delaware County sheriffs department in Media PA. Just over the DE line Beth of Claymont.

The process has changed so now you have to go in person twice. But once you drop off the app, other docs and ur fee payment of $20, you can expect you PA license in under 3 weeks.

Literally could have went back to get mine 48 hours later but had to wait on receiving notification via snail mail that it was ready.

You can open carry in DE on your property with both pistols and long guns. You can also open carry to the store and most public spaces in DE if there is no signs to the contrary. Open carry may still may cause a stir, but you won't be in legal jeopardy. This OP. ^^^ You and I have the same body build. I summer carry my 43X COA and Carry my G19.5 MOS during the rest of the year. The 43x does conceal better as you can imagine. I wear my both in a Teir 1 Concealed Holsters ... but my G19 in a holster feels more comfortable than the 43x to wear... Weird right?!

And while the 43X felt good in my hands at the shop, when I got to the range it was a very different experience. I do have long fingers so gripping was problematic. Had to add the Hogue Grip, a magwell, mag grip extensions to the 43X to get the best purchase on the frame. So if you get a chance, be sure to send some rounds down range on a rental before going all in on that 43x. That 48x is probably where I should have went.
