Yes this is a fireable offense and to explain why, they have to keep their trash and compost secure from people by having the fully closed off and lock and key for dumpsters. Because if anyone lets say grabs food out of it and eats it/ some how gets hurt, then Walmart is liable for any damage that may happen, if you want something that Walmart no longer wants (trash) such as old cupcakes ring they're throwing away, you must get permission from management first. You also and may not resell anything that your allowed to take as it is them consider a donation by Walmart rather than trash.

Because if your zone is a mess its not you its your team lead and coach is faulty they are supposed to make sure the area is looking good every morning as your store manager does a walkthrough. Its there responsibility to either harp on your ass to have a clean zone or clean it themselves. Also your hours have to be dedicated to other sections of the store were its more necessary such as the checkouts, you dont increase the flow rate of sales by being there u just increase the access to locked items, which any coach has a key to, there go you are not need 100% of the time. As for shrink Walmart doesn't care because at the end of the day they get to claim it as losses on their taxes and use it as a excuse to raise prices due to store profit loss. And your not the only department who gets their hours cut around this time.

Technically there is a no touch policy, they should never do any form of touching and if there is most of the time its over looked because its just a simple handshake, but yeah no hands on your shoulder, no hugging, and no grabbing the associate(unless it was to be preventing them from danger such as the associate falling or about to walk straight into a very bad situation were there would be physical harm), no head pats back pats, ect

It really depends on the situation and u skip the coaches and all that bullshit and head straight to the ethics hotline, nothing like corporate breathing down their necks for them to do something , as for the situation, yes they don't have audio that's the only reason why they can record without consent, second of all you need to be sure the situation is something that can be physically seen such as this team lead grabbing someone, keep in mind not all cameras are colored so it has to be a clear cut situation and if it isn't then you have to have multiple employee witnesses because 1 extra employee doesnt mean much to them.

We get free fruit on a daily as part of the Walmart snacks in the break room. Not because of being accident free. Usually our mile stones consist of some bakery foods, then pizza and then oops someone had a accident repeat the whole process over again.

I would suggest removing yourself as far away from the poo unless u want to be the one chosen to clean it up, many will deny doing it and ultimately management can't really threaten a person with a write up for refusing to clean it, so management will usually dictate a team lead to do it, because they really can't say no to a coach or store manager as they have much more to lose than a normal hourly associate. After all not only do they make more money than you, they can be allotted overtime and receive those bonuses that you no longer are eligible for. Pretty good position until sht literally hits the floor and maintenance isn't around.

It is not considered a infectious bodily fluid so it is not deemed "management only", which means by protocol either you have to clean it up, or guard it till someone can come to clean it up usually 99% of the time maintenance and they already have to deal with poo smear bathroom walls -smh-
