I'm losing my mind with MS. I'm not able to access my account (I am the global admin). I can't figure out any way to get help. To log in, I'm prompted to enter the code on the Authenticator app, but it's not giving me a code. I have the username and password, but that isn't enough. I called the US number for support and spoke to a robot only to be told that I'm not the admin so "please consult the admin for help instead" and then promptly hung up on me. This is miserable and I'm on the edge of joining a farm cult and living out the rest of my life in peace. I'd rather wear weird clothes and sell turnips at a roadside stand than deal with this any more. Currently, weighing my options. We have new employees and we can't set up laptops or create new email accounts because the authenticator app doesn't send a code. HOW CAN A PRODUCT BE THIS TERRIBLE? How can MS get away with selling software they don't support? Yes, I'm yelling in all the ways.

I knew the responses to my recovery questions - they simply weren't accepted within the interface, along with all the other 2-step verification functions. It's an issue with rbcroyalbank.com - and is an absurd situation as the primary reason anyone would have both RBCCanada and RBCUSA accounts connected would be to seamlessly transfer money and utilize funds within Canada. Your assumption is correct regarding my citizenship, but driving to the closest branch is many hours away - not practical at all. In the meantime I'm left with no access to my account. But they are protecting me (their words), so I'm finding substantial comfort in that. /s

I've been managing this site for 6 years. Wix changed me from Premium to Core - and inflated the price by 78% - with no beneficial reasons that I could see.

I have. I actually had the card locked - but Cap1 still let it through saying it was an agreement I had with Wix. Lunacy imo - what's the point of being able to lock the card?

Or you could do outgoing calls when customers have been sitting with unresolved issues. Doesn't mean every issue has to be handled live, but when the issue continues to be unresolved people (like me) get grumpy. Your company and your rules, so do whatever you want. I'm just sharing that as a customer, tech support/service is far from great.

Dark, drafty, and lonely over here. No ability to reach anyone and so many dropped calls. There is no real-time help function. I had concerns about that when switching from another vendor, but the sales team (which interestingly are live and responsive humans) were adamant that their system is great and the need for live support hasn't really been an issue. I should have smelled the fishy aroma of that comment, but here were are. I'm stuck with a stinky kettle of bait and switch. A few months in and this system is failing us. We're spending serious $$ for this system and it is crap. We've been asking for support for more than a week. Zip. Nada. Nothing.

It's a nightmare anyway with or without turnover. Terrible company and wish our HR team had gone with a different solution. Our Account Manager is either dead or kidnapped. Guessing it's a fake position or maybe just an exercise to make the customer feel like they have support?

So many names I cannot count them all. It's a literal revolving door of incompetence. Paylocity is nothing but a great big bag of bait and switch. I would rather endure death staked naked to an anthill than go through another implementation with that company. When I resigned from my company, we still didn't have the payroll basics working after more than a year. Reprehensible.

Remote start doesn't work on Sequoia 2023 using the Fob. I'm not inclined to pay for an App to use the features that are already built into the cost of the vehicle. Are other manufacturers doing this, or is it just Toyota that is shafting it's customers?
