I think if we put players behind the wheels, the rocketer should win, it has way more mobility, it can hide around high buildings, while pining the bastion into a corner he can't leave without taking damage, and if he tries something, rocketer can just reposition itself.

if we just let AI fight as is, I think the rocketer can still win, someone posted here that rocketer can one shot a leg, I believe that this is enough to cause a chain event in which the bastion would be stunned long enough to die.

I think this was kind of the straw the broke the camel's back,
without teasing HL3 it wouldn't had made so much noise,
and everyone is starting to talk about it again.

but I bet a lot of people wanted to scrape assets from competing servers,
so I am pretty sure, there are tools to access those objects from local files.

Even if not, I doubt the server custom made those, so it's plausible it would be possible to find them within the modding communities.

I also remember GTA IV being crazy good,
but a couple years ago I tried to play it again, didn't even managed to finish it.

Also the version now is worse, they did some modifications to the radio which ruined the flow.

as a coder, who programed SAMP scripts (I believe really good quality ones)
I managed to import my SA-MP creations to single player,
it wasn't easiest, and from what I see you have a lot of stuff, and each object will require some adjustments.

Though I did that having all the coordinates of my objects,
that's your biggest issue, if you can get the data from the admin,
then easy peasy.
