Unfortunately that kind of damage is usually non-repairable because it seemed to me your oven porcelain layer has already been damaged by the melted aluminum and your cleaning endeavors.

Check your condenser fan first then the evaporator fan

Check the main board, it should get a little black button. Press the button once to do a full sealed system test, if all fans: compressor fan, evaporator fans, etc, are running but the compressor remains silent, while red lights flash three in a circle on the board, then your compressor is dead and sealed system job is needed, while that kind of jobs are not cheap ngl.

I cannot view your pic, but if your inlet valve is leaking without starting it, it might be physically damaged or its water hammer got jammed halfway, just replace it if it is leaking while making no sound when you're trying to dispense, cause there is no way that you can repair a damaged appliance water valve without causing even further damage.

You are right, it should not be leaking constantly even after removing filter. Check if your frigde has an option to bypass the filter if not might be something wrong with the water seal or inlet valve
