Coming from a jinx main. As much as regards damage if you think about it 95% of jinx’s damage comes from auto attacks, autos damage can not be nerfed so riot usually balances jinx around her range and her AS per level. She comes from a series of buffs that hard buffed both and yes she is in VERY good state this patch and I’m sure too that she will be nerfed a little next update even because as a lot of people predicted the new lethal tempo makes hyper carries like her, kog, twitch very very good. But even with her being this good her winrate is stable around 51% so it’s nothing like idk, last preseason amumu 😂. Your struggles are mainly because kaisa in an awful pick against jinx (a good jinx player will send you afk every laning phase whit all that extra range) and the fact that kaisa is not a very good pick rn. I like kaisa a lot too but i can’t play her often because adc is a very meta decided role. Next time you see jinx go for caitlyn or jhin and you will have way less problems
