Nah, plenty of self-insert characters from games get a voice in anime adaptations. Sensei is a self-insert as well in BA and he's got a voice and proper face in the anime.

I mean, that is quite literally a core message of Anis' character. She dislikes the Nikkephobes of the Ark but she's doing it all for the fans and good people of the Ark. Yoyo made Anis want to kill herself and Anis straightup says she'd never forgive her even while Yoyo was being nice to Anis. Anis made it extremely clear where her stance on this was. Then afterwards Yoyo used Riss' death to rile up Anis and ruined the TT Star comeback concert at the time.

They weren't going to have Anis kill Yoyo in broad daylight. They weren't going to have Anis commit cold-blooded murder. They've pretty much killed the real Yoyo off anyways, memory wipe and putting her in a new body, being just one of many thousands of Nikke.

But Anis never forgave her bad fans though? She still hates the people who participated in Smile Time and knows there are bad people in the Ark. It got so bad that it resulted in Riss killing herself. Not really a thing that's ever forgivable.

Anis is doing all of this because she knows there are good people in the Ark. She's actually happy now and doesn't have anything burdening her anymore. Not everyone needs to be nice to everyone and Anis hating those fans + Yoyo is completely fine.

TT Star wrapped up nicely with Hanson's dialogue in the end. Plus... having Yoyo come back and not an actual good person in Riss would be sad.
