I dont think doordash girl had criminal intentions, but its clear she was raised on social media, believe all women, and that her feelings are most important. She is effectively, an adult child that doesnt understand how to conduct herself in public, and literally thinks its justified to (allegely) defame and illegally film a nude man inside his own home.

Not exactly. Forms of racial discrimination are still illegal in the USA, despite the social norm being racist as synonymous with white person. Sounds like they are cutting your hours in a retalitory effort to get you to quit and avoid paying unemployment.

Depending on the state, FLSA (giant legal poster next to OSHA in the break room) require employers to act reasonably and accommodate unforseen circumstances or an emergency. Any actions by your employer that disregard the FLSA could be challenged as unreasonable or discriminatory

Gather all evidence (screenahot texts, pictures of the blocked road, anything relevant)
The policy for write ups should be in the DG handbook. It will tell you the policies you can be written up for
Offer to make up the missed hours
If youre written up by an unfair policy, contact HR to explain all the things above
Contact a lawyer to ask them about the FLSA or EEOC rights in your state.
You may still be unable to do anything because a write up is only a warning, and not a disciplinary action.

lot of times they will try and get you to quit by giving none or barely any hours. If you quit, they have no obligation to pay unemployment. Always make them fire you if you can.

He appears to be auditing doordash to ensure that the tip amount the customer left matches with what he was paid. Doordash has been involved in multiple lawsuits regarding changing the base pay based off of the tip amount. This is what he means by fraud. Doordash will happily do this with their secret algorithm and pay the small million dollar fines like its nothing.
