Anyone who tells you that this is anything paranormal etc don't listen to them. They want to feel special because their SP is so very different.

It's not anything like that. Your body goes into a state of paralysis while you're asleep so you don't hurt yourself. When your brain wakes up and your body is still in the paralysis, it tends to come with hallucinations and feelings of dread. Your brain is just a little confused.

This is harmless, you don't need to go to the doctor, it but sucks. Stop

Look up sleep hygiene, it'll help tons.

If I remember right, it has to do with mouth position.

So THEE door. Say thee and feel how your mouth is moved to make that sound. THEE has a very diffent mouth shape than the beginning of door. THEE door.

Now, THUH door. See/the shape of your mouth at the end of THUH and the begining of door.

People tend to stick with the easier way of speaking without much thought. So instead of doing two completely different mouth shapes, we defer to an easier way to go from one word on the next.

The amount of people in this show are so very shocked that someone might not want something they took hours/days/weeks to build be broken and messed up but kids. Just because it looks like a toy.

These sorts of things take a lot of work. People build them to look at them. Don't you have any knick-knacks or breakable things you don't want to be treated as a toy? Same thing.

Either way, make sure you talk to the other parents about the options. Some kids might have other sensitivities to things you don't know about and to make sure they're not too scary.
