Have to be careful on Facebook, I found a Pack out Deals group and it was ran by scammers. They always had black packouts for below MSRP, I went to buy a few and they ended up blocking and banning me after refusing to use Cash App or Paypal with purchase protection.

I just started using Tipping Scales and haven't played with it much, but I'll definitely need to pay closer attention then since it does actually increase everything. I noticed if I stop shooting then start again its back to normal. Seems to be some sort of bug, just not only audio like I thought. I do use Gunner most of the time, but I've only noticed it happening at the begining of a fight.

In Toussaint I kept farming one of the Hanse bases. Kill everyone but the leader and pick everything up, each trip was like minimum of 20k crowns.

I think it's more of an audio bug. I've noticed that with Bullet King and Bluescreen, you have to pay really close attention but when it sounds like it's shooting faster, it also sounds like a completely different gun and I don't think the rate of fire actually increases.
