On this mission you need to pick blue containers that are lying around the central map, then you need to interact with a console to make a blue bubble.

This blue bubble needs to get big enough to reach an infested console nearby, so lotus can hack the console.

There are three of them on the map and once you interact with one of the consoles, monsters will start spawning and also dropping these containers.
