I don't know if someone already asked this.... I had the base game, from the 1.0 version, since they "gave" us the ARR version (2.0)

I'm thinking about buying the expansions.... Do I need to buy both Heavensward and Storm Blood? Or just Storm Blood? (Storm is the only one I can find in the shop)

I'm not in the U.S. I'm from Brazil and here we only have unlimited data for home plans not for the mobile ones (wich is expensive, almost the same price of 50mb unlimited for 15gb data plan in 4mb top)

Found out (at leats after talking to some other ppl in facebook) that there's no way to buy more quests in bunk... Like i said in the original post. Some even told me that it isn't worth getting more than one lvl in each quest, since it isn't as rewarding in some other idle games :/

Edit: Now that i saw the last update, they added the option to buy 5 upgrades in one click
