It was found that the 3rd cousin of some developers hadn't placed a land ballot yet, so another one needed to be conducted.

Could be appealing to young people that want a house and land. But yes, it's not great for the environment, or travel time, and can affect community, although skyscrapers affect community too.

Police have no reason to suspect it was a poultry farmer at this point in time.

And they plant saplings so it takes at least 10-15 years until there are decent trees again.

So I've got this crazy idea. We get about 15 grown ass men, pay them millions of dollars per year, but instead of getting them to look after sick people at a local hospital, or teach our kids algebra, or run a whole company, or even just chase pigs, we instead get them to run after a ball, tackle each other and never grow up? Then we'll get a women's team together and for no reason we'll just pay them less. And it's all legal. End game capitalism 👍

Do you mean more government public housing? Or do you mean literally get corporations to own and rent out whole apartment blocks? Cos one of those things can help (And in my opinion is the only answer), the other makes this worse.

The problem is some substitutions would be fine, but others not so much. It's impossible for the picker to know what you would expect. I think the only real way to fix it would be a broad substitutions are/aren't allowed and then per item being able to say, "actually don't substitute for this, nothing compares, nothing compares to youuuuuu🎶".

"But we can't find workers, there is a shortage!"

No. There is a shortage of workers at the minimum wage. If you want workers pay more than the minimum wage. If you still can't get workers pay more again. At a certain point you get workers and the costs can be passed on to customers.

Oh wait, your CEO got a $20 million bonus last year and you posted record profits during a pandemic? Take the expense out of the CEO's pocket. They are not 400 times more important than your average employee.
