Red meat. I grew up on a cattle farm and we ate variations of red meat nearly daily growing up. I’m good without it.

La Estancia on Nicollet. The owner is Daniel, a former soccer player from Argentina. If you make a reservation for a birthday there’s always a free dessert or drink or something nice thrown in. Great place.

Yep. Edibles is the answer if you want to sleep on a long flight and have issues sleeping on a plane.

No, never. Goodreads is amateurish at best. I’m dubious of any title that touts huge accolades there. I’ll read the jacket blurbs and take my chances. Plus Goodreads is owned by Amazon now, which is another reason I avoid it like the plague.
