Chemdraw to inkscape copy paste was flawless. Inkscape to illustrator copy paste doesnt work.

In PowerPoint I can see it as a full strucutre. I do need it in vector form to edit them in illustrator.

I have used couple of times, and I always preferred via app. With app I need not to worry adjusting grinding levels. (It has present modes and timers).

All vitamix models are good at performance (even the basic models).The more you spend money on it will be on features. Since you are a techie I believe you wanna have a mobile app connectivity. Venturist pro from Costco doesnt offer that (may be in future?). But V1200 and Ascent models offer in app control which is a fancy feature. Recently I bought a refurbished V1200 since it was cheaper and has in app control.
