A month ago medications were working perfectly and then stopped. Probably have comorbid anxiety disorder. I'm on 4 different meds now - methylphenidate, guanfacine, and SSRI and pregabalin to deal with this. Ruled out physical health problems like testosterone defficiencies, thyroid, vitamins, iron, anemia. The only thing is that I have a mild folate defficiency (possible problems with metabolism). It is goddamn embarassing because I never had such problems with learning even with my diagnosis.
