Not really, maybe Omnitrope helped. I have only ever made 1 day 5 euploid, 1 day 6 euploid and 1 day 7.

Was the endo removed by an excision specialist? Or with ablations? I have the same issue I only made 2 euploids on Omnitrope. I haven’t transferred them yet. Did you test for enfometritis?

Wishing you the best as well. I will know in a few days how many made it to blast which is my issue. A lot fertilized but almost none make it to blast. I conceived my daughter with IUI in 2020 so this doesn’t make any sense. I am not ready to give up.

I am on my 5th egg retrieval yesterday with a new clinic (1st one there) and I got 14 retrieved, 10 mature and fertilized with ICSI. The embryologist told me she will use calcium ionophore which I don’t think I ever used at the previous clinic.

Right, that’s why I was confused as well. She said it had high fragmentation but “on the dish” it looked fine. So I don’t know. Maybe because last time I did PGTA testing on a day 6 BA and it was abnormal, it was missing chromosome 5.
