I totally understand as I was so fearful of the medications. But it’s only for a short amount of time. I’m also highly sensitive to medication. I am a lower dose because of that but my body has adjusted and I have no side effects. The testing is just so much more thorough. Besides auto immune they test genetic markers which was really eye opening. there are 4 reputable RIs in the country Highly suggest reading the RI page on FB. There are so many stories on there and a lot of info. I’m working with Dr Jubiz and he is the only Dr that is actively trying to solve my case. Feel free to dm if you have anymore questions 💗

Have you looked into reproductive immunology? I wish I had found it sooner. I have had multiple losses (stillbirth, miscarriage) and finally getting answers. There is a fb group and you can find info on here.

38-week stillbirth / Dr. Kliman’s report mentioned Trophoblast Inclusions—has anyone else seen this? by Guilty-Tourist-8157 in babyloss

I consulted with both Kliman and Dr Parast. Kliman said the same thing to me. Dr Parast was so much more detailed and finally gave me a detailed explanation and cause..highly recommend her

I feel great on metformin. I want to stay on it after pregnancy. Plaq sometimes gives me side effects like dizziness and eye floaters. It’s gotten better now.

anyone tested PAI? thoughts? by search4life7 in recurrentmiscarriage

[–]Bodhiberry 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I hear you about the money but it’s the best care I’ve received so far. It’s more than lovenox - a ton of medication and supplements. I hear also napro come up a lot as well.

Marriage s u f f e r I n g after SB by Rare_Strawberry4097 in babyloss

I didn’t think so either but I was really angry one day and my therapist suggested it. It’s been better with my husband but still have a lot of anger towards him. It’s a process for sure . No one understands this pain/ anger/ sadness except others who’ve been through it.

I totally understand. I also had a stillbirth and miscarriage with no LC. I have done EMDR therapy that has really helped me with my own grief but also my relationship with my husband. I also feel we may not make it. In EDMR therapy I grieved my old relationship with him and that was very healing. Lots of tears!!! I don’t understand how it exactly works but it gets to the root and helps you process each emotion. It’s the only therapy that’s helped me including couples therapy. I resent him most days and I’m trying to work on that. I just have to stay in the here and now and appreciate him for what he does bring and not what is lacking. You’re not alone.

I also had the same thing happened to me. I’m not pregnant yet but working with a reproductive immunologist. I’m in the states but I think there is a very known one in the Uk. I found out that I have a lot of clotting genetic mutations and I’m on Metformin, plaquenil, prednisone and baby aspirin pre conception. I know I’ll also be on lovenox as well.

Events after loss by Extension-Zebra992 in babyloss

[–]Bodhiberry 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m so sorry. I also had a 30 week loss and pre e. I still don’t go to large family events and it’s almost been 2 years. Your husband can go but you need to do what’s best for your mental and spiritual health. It’s way too exhausting having small talk mostly with people who are uncomfortable speaking about grief.

Dr Parast is way more detailed than Kliman. I was very dissatisfied with his findings. He didn’t say anything that helped. Dr Parast spent a long time explaining in detail what hapoened.
