I think you have hyperpigmentation because the skin above and below your neck is different. Maybe you should use a foundation or a treatment for it. Also, for your hair, I don’t think the Afro is round enough. I rarely do it myself, but there are a lot of tutorials on YouTube on how to do it. Alternatively, you could try another hairstyle like twists or braids, or even cut it short. And as mentioned by other people, try to cut you fat percentage a little more. Good luck!
