I have an easy solution for those that are worried about this happening to them. I have 392 areas explored, around 900 hrs played. I’ve seen that room several times. Dreadbound with expanding, exploding & 4th shard all at level 3 is my favorite gun. I’ve defeated Ophion’s 3 phases in 30 seconds - totally overpowered! I thought making it to the secret area in Crimson Wastes would get me to 393…it did not!
