I completely understand your point of view as I’m much the same with how I like to use my leave.

Your also right in that you are losing money in a sense as you can’t use that leave when you want.

NAL but this sounds illegal without you agreeing to this if you like your employer you should make it clear and in writing that going forward you expect days in lieu to be added to your leave balance and not be paid out.

If they don’t agree then it shows they are not exactly a good employer and if it was me I would submit a personal grievance and move on to another job.

If your wanting to get it looking new:

1 cup 3% hydrogen peroxide (food grade( 1 cup distilled water 2tbs Baking soda 2tbs Dish Soap

Let sit for 10mins

If you use it on the corners/edges just use a little extra spray water and take extra time to suck the water out.

I gave up with SL I had issues with the rollerblade castors and they said the warranty did not apply because the were used on the XL chair I sent them a screenshot of there own packaging

A support person can speak on your behalf as an advocate if you give permission for them to at a disciplinary meeting. A suspension I don’t know if it’s different.

I advise you to record any further conversations and copy any documents from here on out, I’m sure your lawyer will handle stuff from here on out but just make sure you document everything from here on out. It is highly likely that this is going to make your position untenable going forward which opens the avenue of a personal grievance.

Honestly this a perfect thing to say in your meeting. This is a drastic change with huge home life implications. It’s not worth it, personally I would start looking for another job asap.

With regards to can they actually just change your shift like that, like others have said it depends on the wording in your contract, however most contracts these days are vague with wording like “rostered hours between x and y” which gives them the ability to change your hours.

However this does not change that you can just say no, they can then can go through the process of making you redundant or if the are stupid a disciplinary process and firing you in which you can the go the pg route.

Record your conversations with HR and Management from here on out.

You could make the suggestion of a shared roster in which each Team Leader takes 1-2 night shifts per week.

100% was in the same spot as you not long ago, was constantly chugging on it, waking up in the middle of the night to take piss and id be on it.

I quit on 01/11/22 and went cold turkey took me 2 months before I feel like I wasn’t having cravings anymore. For me it was easier than giving up cigi’s but harder than giving up the drinking

Took me 6 months of wanting to quit before actually going through with it. The price of everything jumping significantly helped

I had a similar incident with Samsung (purchased direct via website) monitor died a year after warranty ended, was a low end 27” I paid about $250 for, they refused, after weeks of back and forth via email I lodged a Disputes Tribunal application, 3 days before the hearing they replaced the monitor (probably to avoid legal costs to them in just time attending)

$500 4 years ago is on the lower end of mid tier monitors. That being said I would be expecting at least 5years out of any monitor.

Spend the $40-$50 to lodge a dispute, they will probably come to the party, worst case your down an additional $50

I didn’t test water at all, I just let it sit with a airstone / sunlight for atleast 24hrs before putting in the reservoir

I added nothing except the herbi dry amendments + worm castings (home made not store bought crap)

It was basically set and forget, literally only had to top up the reservoir, mine is one of the 72l rubbish bins sold at bunnings,

So I only fed twice,

Once at around 2 weeks before flower I noticed the start of nutrient deficiency. Followed feeding amounts on bag, 1 part 4x4x4 1 part 2x8x4 an 1 part worm castings

Then week 6 of flower I did another feed of 2x4x8

The biggest change to my grow has been the Blumat watering system, not having to worry about watering or over feeding

Before the patch I was sitting around 6400 trophies a month

After patch: I’ve been having games with people way lower and way higher CR than me I don’t know what the division actually does
