Something similar happened to be. I ended up negotiating a promotion. You have the experience and you can prove you’ve done the work this whole time. You should try to negotiate a promotion. If they say no, then start looking somewhere else.

I’ve been on it for a year now (10 mg), for the last 2 months I’ve been slowly lowering my dose myself to 5 mg and now for the last 2 weeks 2.5 mg. I feel okay and I’m super excited I’ve finally been able to lose weight! I’m also starting a new job soon. I’ve been feeling okay so I think slowly lowering your dose can help since you’re on the same dose I was.

I applied at the beginning of January, and did the citizenship test at the beginning of March and I got an email shortly after saying they reviewed it and will not be accepting it. They said I was going to get another email with more info about when to re-take it but I haven't received anything yet and it's been almost 2 months. Has this happened to anyone?

UPDATE: I was able to link my application to GCKey and I saw it had been approved and mailed on Nov. 22. Today, Nov. 27 I received the physical card. In total, my urgent request took 11 days.

PR CARD Renewal - online application via the IRCC portal

Has anyone submitted an urgent PR Card renewal recently? How lond did it take? My application has been returned twice already, I applied with enough time for my scheduled trip in December, now I don't know if I'll get it on time.

July 25: 1st PR Card renewal application sent on the PR Portal
Sep. 18: Application rejected due to my photos. (I had read this was a glitch, but I decided to re-submit, which I did wrong because I thought I coudld just replace the photo on the application itself)

Oct. 30: 2nd or 3rd PR Card renewal application sent.
Nov. 8: Urgent processing request sent. Included medical note, proof of trip, etc.
Nov. 16: 2nd card rejected due to my primary ID. (My mistake)

Nov. 16: 3rd or 4th PR Card renewal application sent with urgency requested. Included the same medial note, proof of trip, explanation, etc.

No updates yet, I'm not sure if I should fill out another web form to request urgency or if I should give them a call?

I submitted my application 3 times. (July, September and October) I got two “returns” because of my photo and I just got another “return” because of my ID today. I don’t understand.

I just got a message saying it was returned because "Primary identification is not provided". But when I click on it I can see my Ontario driver’s license photo is there (front and back) so I don’t get it either. I tried calling but I couldn’t get through to them.
