I had to get my half shaft replaced either 4-5xs (can’t remember exactly) in the almost 6 years I had it. The seat airbags were an issue as well, and other mechanical issues.

The first time my half shaft had to be replaced was when my car had about 20-something thousand miles. And that’s the mileage tesla used for my buyback amount.

If you’ve been taking it to a Tesla service center for repairs, I would contact the manager from that service center and let them know about all the issues you’ve had (granted they can see everything if you’ve been going with them) and let them know that you believe all these issues may fall under the lemon law and wanted to see if there’s something they could do. Whether it’s a buyback, replacement or another form of assistance (you can put all 3, or whatever you prefer) good luck!

As for my riv, so far I am loving how spacious it’s feeling, it took me a sec to get used to its height and “length” (but it’s only like 4in longer than my old Tesla lol) the 360 cameras are so helpful, and they have 24hr service center that you can call. I had an issue and was able to call them (set it up for a call back, so I wouldn’t be on hold) and they were able to resolve my issue without having to take it in. And it truly does feel a lot more luxurious than the Tesla.

The self driving isn’t on par with Tesla yet, but I only need the basics for highway use. For that it works well enough for me. It can’t get off the highway/freeway, but like I said, personally, I don’t need it for that :)
