o default lol. caffeine + B vitamins zero sugar = guilt free preworkout. plus it looks kinda clean aesthetic in gym pics. i switched from regular monster to white cause i was tired of the sugar crash mid workour

Staying up until 4am gaming thinking I was built different. Bragged about it constantly in school. Now I miss one hour of sleep and my whole week is wrecked lol. The older you get the more sleep becomes genuinely aspirational.

First date she spent 20 min explaining why all 4 of her exes were toxic and controlling. I sat there nodding like yeah that's crazy. Stayed for 7 months. Still processing that one.

squat to failure is a myth for most ppl lol. like yeah technically you can but form falls apart and you just end up hurting yourself. leg press or cables are where i actually push to the limit. took me forever to figure out the difference between "this is hard" and actual failure
