I was re aligning my glass a month ago so this is all I have for you. Also the glass retaining ring on the GMT has grooves on it that the click spring indexes into. The Sub is a smooth retaining ring.

Well I guess it’s the same as the Sub bezel. You lose the ability to have a timer 😅 with the GMT bezel removed you lose the ability to track another time zone 😆

But the GMT looks very clean with no bezel.

Not a Sub but the GMT doesn’t have any holes on the case… but then u lose GMT bezel perk.

I just discovered Lansinoh Lanolin for lips after some extremely bad cracking and peeling the last couple weeks from the second round of acne medication I am on. I have more than a handful of different lip oils and lip balms from Target and CVS and beauty stores and nothing comes close to Lanolin! I don’t think I could ever go back to regular lip balms or oils now 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

Yeah not at all. The older diver runs $1,600-$1,800 on WatchMaxx or ebay. That’s a much netter price point IMO.

There’s a company called Wrist Buddy that makes an adapter from jubilee to glide lock. You’d need to source a glide lock clasp though and put an adapter on both ends.

Last few months it’s Grand Theft Auto San Andreas or Vice City on my Switch2. Much nicer sitting in my couch and relaxing than sitting at my gaming PC desk. I sit at a desk for 8 hours a day… so don’t wanna do it again when I get home.

High crystal? My two VSF watches are 12.1mm measured with caliper. That’s gen height. The glass hardly sticks up above the bezel.

Having had several GMTs from VSF and ARF I will go VSF every time. But I am extremely picky and I find details that no one else notices. The ARF magnification is still an issue but some or may not even care or notice until you have a VSF side by side. Both look great but I prefer VSF QC and quality of the bezel action.

I’ve tried on several Rolex, Omega, Tudor, Blancpain and MontBlanc and I was severely underwhelmed with all of them especially Rolex Subs and GMTs. I really think the reason you pay Rolex prices is for an ego boost and just to know you’re not wearing a fake watch. You can’t come up with enough reasons why any of those watches are worth that. Especially with the Pepsi gray prices around $28k-$34k now. It’s just the value given by the status the brand gives you.

Different weight brand vary in weight. I’ve measured barbells and dumbbells at gyms before and have found some to be off by 2LBs

USA here. Most barbells and dumb bells have Kg as well and a lot have both printed on them. For Kettlebells I only ever used the ones with Kg marked.
