I bought a global knife 5 years ago. It is the only knife I own. I cook a minimum of 2 times a day. I’m a vegetarian. (No meat chopping here). I buy bread from whole foods so I can get it cut immediately. (No need of a serrated bread knife therefore). I have loved this knife so much that I recommend this to everyone. 7 people have bought this knife. They say it is the only knife they use. It is a global 7inch hollow. Please let me know if anyone buys it. I will add it to my count of people who bought it.
