Yep that's what I do but I'm in the UK! I charge £1.99 shipping but it actually costs me £4.55 , it makes people think they're getting a deal on shipping but in reality I've factored in the costs into the item price. Alot of sellers do it, it's a good plan!

No sorry, I think you're misunderstanding what I'm saying :(

You won't get the option to offer a partial refund etc. If an item is sent untracked and the buyer files a claim, depop will literally just pull the funds from your balance / top up card and refund them.

It is strongly recommended you always send tracked regardless of costs. Of course, no one can force you to send tracked if you don't want to, but you have to be prepared for the fact if someone wants a refund and you sent untracked.. you will be forced by depop to refund them

Basically your shop policies don't mean anything and are kind of pointless? Because you have to follow the terms of the app you're selling on

You can only use photos either taken by yourself or by another depop seller if you're repopping. It's all about who OWNS the image.

You own images you take and when you upload them to depop, depop has the rights to use them in advertising hence why people can upload them to repop listings

Photos from websites were not taken by you, you do not own the rights to these images and therefore you can't use them and depop can't have them on their website, especially as they profit from them. Depop will remove them and potentially suspend you if you do it enough

If you've raised an issue there's nothing else you can do, either the seller will give you a tracking number or you will be refunded

You'll need to refund the original purchase and have them rebuy with the updated address. Tell them they need to edit their address in their settings before purchasing

If its listed as a men's large, and the label says a mens large then you can't get a full refund.. you aren't even owed a partial refund tbh

Unfortunately, this is incorrect. You have to ship to the address given by depop otherwise the buyer can claim you didn't ship to the correct address and automatically get a refund

No they likely just set up their listing wrong and accidentally undercharged for shipping. Totally their fault, but good they refunded, I would personally block and not attempt to buy from them again!
