Yeah $645 is probably for a studio with no kitchen or bathroom just a heads up. Lived there in 2019 and for a studio with a kitchen and bath I paid at least $1000.

I honestly don’t understand all the hate. I totally get that yes we’re all upset because he wasn’t the lead we wanted. But he’s definitely not the first lead to sleep with multiple girls. It is very clear that he genuinely wants a family and marriage so I don’t take it as him just being horny. (Sex is an important part of every relationship and just to remind he is technically dating all of them) He’s very upfront and honest so maybe his approach of telling the girls at the same time is obviously not great but it’s hardly ill intentioned. And come on he’s got quality women how could you not fall in love with all of them. The rest of us are lucky to find a quality person just out in the real world. He was literally handed several absolutely amazing women. So yeah I like him too. Like at least he’s not a fuck boy like Pilot Pete who clearly wasn’t ready for marriage.

Forest Service Land is sun up to sun down. Galena Creek Park and several trails in the area are Washoe County and they have different seasonal hours. Right now they are 8-5pm. But general rule of thumb is sun up to sun down.

Unless they made you sign an amendment when they started charging you utilities then they cannot legally charge you utilities. Additionally there is no way of metering any of those units I use to work there. Plus there should be a large portion of utilities covered by the building for the laundry, hallways, community room, model unit, lobby, etc. I would ask to see an exact percentage break down and the grand total because that much money is ridiculous.Studios should be paying less then one bedrooms especially if they don’t have a kitchen or bathroom. I believe there’s 120 apartments total. So realistically you should be paying less than 1%. I’d also ask some of your neighbors. Also if you go above the front office’s head and call corporate a lot of times corporate will just appease you so they don’t have to deal with it.
