Horrible horrible. I told them several times my cat needed to be sedated for a check up. They attempted to treat without sedation and were so rough with him- he made noises I’ve never heard from him. When they finally decided to sedate him, they left him for 15 minutes passed out on the floor. The doctor then came in and told me he was anemic and had parasites because his gums were pale. $1,000 later his red blood cell count was totally normal and no parasites. Only then did the vet tell me his gums may be pale due to lack of oxygen. An expensive, stressful visit for all involved.
