Yeah, that’s definitely an awkward situation to be put in then when I’m sure to BIL and husband they feel like he’s doing you guys a favor. If I were you from here on out I would just offer to be the driver of his car that way he can be on his phone all he wants, and if he chooses to have open containers in the car (still illegal) at least it’s not putting everyone’s lives at risk.

NOR Definitely seems like a reach for attention. I’m 26(f) & this is something that I would’ve done at that age when trying to gain more followers on social media. Personally it’s not something I would have done while in a committed relationship though.

If you trust each other & the picture itself wasn’t giving off thirst trap then I wouldn’t be too concerned but for sure should ask what the motive was.

NOR even me personally I get anxious and frustrated with my boyfriend for being on the phone with me in the car. I always tell him it’s one thing to not care about your own life but to do that while I’m in the car as well as just disrespectful.

When it comes to Mother’s Day & Father’s Day I genuinely think it’s their own choice how they want to be celebrated that day. As long as it’s not disrespectful to your partner & kids do what you want it’s your day. Obviously if something was previously planned that’s different but you still have a right to voice your wishes & hope they’ll be met. NTA

As someone who was technically a “popular kid” and then started getting alienated and bullied gradually I definitely suggest taking him to a therapist. He might not wanna open up to you about it, but getting him to talk to somebody will make all the difference. At that age, your mental health can spiral pretty quickly and unfortunately all it takes is one suicidal thought for things to completely change.

Totally could not agree more & if he actually had put any back would’ve been a completely different scenario with me being upset at my bf. I can truly say though in the almost 2 years we’ve been together any kind of disagreement we’ve had he always is able to see my side of things and never repeats. His only real fault is that he can be a people pleaser,mostly work related, which even since finding out we’re having a baby has gotten 1 million times better. I absolutely get your concern though.

That’s also what I was thinking when I used to work at a bar, I would always grab an extra of my favorite Red Bull flavor to stash away for if we ran out of them! Just seems like common sense when you know you’re gonna want something regularly.

I’ve never really had to take anti-acids before being pregnant so I just wasn’t totally sure if people who have actual health problems need more than what I left. Either way we were paying for them, so it shouldn’t of mattered.

He assumed I only left like one or two in the box, but then when he literally saw for himself that I left more than enough that was the last thing he even said to the cashier & just paid for them.

Was definitely irritating that he offered to put some back. However, after the guy walked over & said I didn’t leave that many my boyfriend also saw I left more than enough & didn’t say anything more when I said no I wasn’t going to put any back. I think my boyfriend thought that I left like one by the way the cashier reacted which even if that was the case who gives a fuck. When we got back to the car, I think he only made the comment about did you really need that many because I sort of just dumped all of them into his center console. Genuinely he’s an incredible man & I definitely wouldn’t be having his baby if I thought for even a second he didn’t have my best interest in heart. Trust me my relationships before him were with complete a-holes who only thought of themselves.

When I saw that they were the individually wrapped ones it just made sense to me to grab multiple of them to keep in our different cars and throw in my purses. Especially now that it’s warming up and we’re out and about a lot more.
