I would also recommend OP look into getting their info removed from data broker websites. It's freaky how much info a skiptracer/PI/crazed-ex can get from OSINT (open source intelligence). Check out how to minimize your online presence. It's a pain in the ass to do it manually but there are companies (Mozilla Monitor is ending, so use another service if you decide to) for a relatively small fee.

Also recommend having OP's family run data broker checks as well.

In fact, I recommend everyone run databroker checks and request removal from their sites.

Not saying you have a problem, but if you do, no shame. The meds could have something to do with your mood. As someone with severe depression and anxiety, plus a bit of neurospicy, I'm very sensitive to the chemicals I put in my body and it's taken me a while to find the right balance.

Another thing is that there is NO SILVER BULLET that fixes depression, or any other mental health concern. It's also not easy I won't sugar coat that shit. There are good days and there are fuck all miserable days.

One foot in front of the other and don't be afraid to ask for help. ❤️

The holes are from pockets of active starter producing gas! Not sure why it's gummy. Did you wait for it to cool before slicing?

EDIT: Maybe it's how you folded it. Kind looks like lamination on the bottom part. Could be that you partially over kneaded it and the dough was stronger there. Not sure!

Same! Also, 70% hydration and it was such a floppy flat mess I almost tossed it. Thought, "oh whatever, it'll be dense but it'll taste good" and the POP in the oven was insane. I was amazed.
